Guidelines for connecting your CultiWise account with the John Deere Operations Center™

To successfully send your application maps directly to the John Deere Operations Center™, you must first connect your CultiWise account with the Operations Center. This manual will guide you through the process of establishing the connection.
- To begin, click on the user icon in the screen's upper right corner. This will bring up a small menu of options. Select 'Settings' to proceed to the next steps.
- In the left panel select option 'Connect to the John Deere Operations Center' and then click on the 'Connect' button.
- You will then be required to sign in to your John Deere account.
- If you do not have an account, we advise you to register before attempting to connect. Otherwise, your progress in the connection process may be lost, and you will have to start from the previous step.
- Upon successful login, you will be prompted to grant CultiWise the necessary permissions to access your account.
- Please ensure that all boxes are checked to ensure optimal connectivity and to avoid any potential issues. You can confirm your choices by clicking on the 'Allow Access' button.
- At this point, you will be asked to confirm and save the connection with CultiWise.
- If you have multiple organizations in the Operations Center, you will have the option to select either all or a subset of the organizations with which you would like CultiWise to be connected. You can choose the organizations from the dropdown menu highlighted in the picture, then click on the 'Save' button.
- Now your connection of the CultiWise account with the Operations Center should be complete.
Guide for exporting a prescription map from the CultiWise to the John Deere Operations Center™
- Once a successful connection with the Operations Center has been established, the option to export a prescription map created from drone data will become available.
- To begin, open the prescription you wish to export in the CultiWise platform.
- Then, click on the 'Export to John Deere Operations Center' button in the bottom part of the legend of the prescription.
- Upon successful export, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen to confirm the completion of the process.
Guide for importing a prescription map from the CultiWise into the John Deere Operations Center™
- After the successful export, the next step is to import a prescription map in the John Deere Operations Center™.
- To complete the upload process by importing a prescription map from Cultiwise, it is first necessary to have a field set up in the Operations Center. If no field has been set up yet, please create a new one.
- Once the field has been correctly set up, navigate to the 'Work planner' in the John Deere Operations Center™.
- In the top panel, click on the button labeled '+ Plan Tillage.'
- There, in the field for rate selection, you will be able to find all the imported application maps from CultiWise. If the map has not yet been assigned, it can be found in the 'Unassigned' selection.
