Guideline on how to manage your account in CultiWise

This guide explains how to access and manage your account settings in the CultiWise application. It covers updating profile information, billing information, changing passwords, ensuring your settings are saved properly, and more.


Available settings

To access your account settings, click your user profile icon in the top-right corner of the application. Then select 'Account' from the dropdown menu.

Edit Profile

To update your profile information, navigate to the 'Edit profile' section in the left panel. Here, you can modify your account details as needed. Once finished with changes, click 'SUBMIT' to apply the changes.
Note: If you do not wish to receive email notifications for every newly created layer, make sure to uncheck this option in the notification settings.

Billing information

In this section, you can set the billing information used for your invoices.


If you're purchasing as a company, please ensure that the Company name, Country, and VAT number are correct, as these details will appear on your invoice. The Country selected here will also determine your tax status.


You also have the option to use the same information for billing as you provided during registration for your account settings by checking the option 'Billing information same as Account information'.

Change password

To update your password, go to Change Password and enter:
  1. Your current password 
  2. Your new password
  3. Confirm your new password

Once completed, confirm the change to update your password. Click 'OK' to apply the changes.

Connections 

CultiWise offers connection with other parties such as John Deer Operations Center, Agrirouter or BBLeap. Those can be established in the settings section too. To view detailed Guide please click here.
