This guide explains how to access and purchase plans, packages, activate trials, as well as how to apply promo codes. It also covers how to find invoices and check active plans.
To access your billing settings, click your user profile icon in the top-right corner of the application. Then select 'Billing' from the dropdown menu.
Buy or start trial
In this section, you can purchase Area-based plans, Packages, or start a Trial for your fields if one is available for your account.
If you're unsure about pricing options, click on Pricing overview for more details.
- Area based plans provide plan specific access to features for one year on a selected field.
- Packages are one-time offers applied to your fields.
If you choose the Area based plan option, you will be guided through a series of steps where you can select and activate different plans for your fields. Each plan provides full access to specific features on your field. The higher the plan, the more features become available.
1. Select fields
In the first step, choose the plan you want to activate for each field.
Note: An informative message will appear next to fields that already have an active plan assigned to them, or if you have selected them in a different plan section.
2. Order summary
In the table, you can see a summary of your order, including the selected plan for each field, its validity, unit price, and total price.
Invoice details
Before payment, you can change your invoice information. If you’re buying as a company, make sure the 'Buying as company' checkbox is checked. You will also need to fill in the Company name and VAT number.
Promo codes
You can apply a promo code during checkout if you received one (for example at an exhibition or after purchasing a package).

Once you've reviewed the order details and are ready to pay, click 'FINISH ORDER AND PAY'. You will then be redirected to the payment gateway. Fill in the required information, and your plans will be activated.
Packages
If you choose the Packages option, you can simply select the package you wish to buy. Click the 'Buy' button, and you will be redirected to the payment gateway.
After the purchase, a confirmation email with detailed information will be sent to your email address.
Orders
In the Orders section, you can view all your past purchases, including invoice numbers, creation dates, and the status of each order.
If payment has not been completed, orders will appear as Open. You can click on the invoice to download it, where you will find a payment link. If the purchase has already been made, the link will only show a purchase confirmation.
Active field plans
In this section, you can see which plan is active in each field.
In this section, you can see all the purchased packages.
