Promo codes

This guide explains how to apply promo codes. But first, here’s what you need to know about your codes:

Promo code conditions:

• Fields must be created before applying the promo code.

• Codes are valid for specific plan types

• Codes are limited to a certain area only

• Codes are usable once per account.

To apply a promo code (received at an exhibition or after purchasing a package), follow these steps:

2. Select fields
In this step, choose the fields where you want to apply the coupon (for example for the Basic plan). After selecting the fields, click 'Next'.

3. Enter promo code
In the Order checkout section, enter your promo code in the designated field. The corresponding discount will be applied. Next, click 'FINISH ORDER AND PAY'.

4. Finish payment
You’ll be redirected to the payment gateway to complete your purchase.

Codes are applicable once

If the promo code CULTIWISE365 is limited to a maximum area of 50 ha, and you apply it to a field or fields with a combined area of 32 ha, only that area will be discounted. The remaining 18 ha of the code will not be carried over or used for future purchases.

Codes are applicable only for specific plans

Let’s say the code CULTIWISE365 you received is only valid for the Basic plan up to 50 ha. If you select the Basic plan for a 50-ha field and the Premium plan for an 8-ha field, the discount will only apply to the field with the Basic plan, leaving the Premium field without a discount.

Codes are limited to certain areas only

If you select a field over 50 ha or multiple fields whose combined area exceeds 50 ha, the entire discount will be applied, but any fields above 50 ha will be charged according to the regular price list.
